I love being in environments where everyone is just straight up happy. Being that this was 2020 everyone had a reason not be, yet everyone was just so frikken pleasant. Maybe it was because everyone had been so deprived of reasons to celebrate that this day was even more special for that reason.
Jane and Gerald had actually planned to be married earlier in the summer but with restrictions and it being so early in the quarantine they had decided to postpone. Everything happening was off the cuff; adaptation was the keyword here. The thing was, not at any single moment through the day did it feel like everything wasn't how they originally planned it. This wedding was a reminder for me that there is beauty in the unpredictable.
